Cranachan are an excellent 4-piece rock and pop covers band with fantastic male vocal harmonies. A tight powerful sound and a great selection of songs covering 60s to modern chart. Great entertainment at a very competitive price. Having formed the band over 10 years ago, these guys have gone from strength to strength and include some of the most respected musicians in the Scottish music scene. With 100s of performances under their belt, from intimate private parties and weddings to huge events with 1000’s of people, to say this band are in demand would be an understatement. The band are fully self contained and can provide a full PA rig. Vocals, Guitar, Bass, keyboards and drums are standard. Just to say thanks to you and the lads for last Friday night at Orroco Pier. Dorothy's 50th was an an amazing success with lots of compliments about the band and the venue. Great choice of music, and the ceilidh dances were great. The song for the first dance was spot on and is probably our favourite song of all time. HI Paul, Apologies we haven't had time to send our card of thanks before we jet off today but many thanks to all the band for making our day on Saturday very special. Dear Paul,We had an absolutely fantastic day and the band was simply brilliant - sorry we never got a chance to thank you properly in person and say goodbye! A lot of people told me before the wedding that the day would go by in a flash - it really did but the memories will last for a very long time! Thank you so much for the brilliant entertainment - if any of our friends decide to get married in Scotland, we will definitely recommend Cranachan. I reckon it wasn't an easy job trying to teach our guests ceilidh dancing! They were fantastic from beginning to end. The contact I had with them on e-mail was great, the performance on the night was great, and they had our whole wedding party up dancing from start to finish - just what we wanted!
