Just a quick message of thanks to Pork Pie for their gig at Wilma Reid's 50th party celebrations last weekend in Edinburgh. They were absolutely brilliant. Good Morning Richard, Now that the dust has settled on my daughter's wedding, I want to thank you for your assistance on the music side. Everything went to plan - and the general consensus is that it was a fantastic event, widely hailed as a great day all round. From the Music for Scotland perspective, everybody thought Porkpie were outstanding. Their talent and enthusiasm produced an electric atmosphere, to which our guests responded with great gusto. I hope the guys enjoyed the gig - certainly, their stunning performance and apparent reluctance to pack up suggested they did. As it happens, a fair few of our guests are accomplished performing musicians themselves and they were as impressed by Porkpie as all the rest. Porkpie were the highlight of the wedding. All our guests have raved about them. Dancefloor was packed for the duration. In particular they announced last song with it must be love but then came back with the encore night boat to cairo which went down a storm. More like a gig than a wedding dance band. Couldnt ask for more, great value for money given the size of the band. Planning an event for work and we will definately book porkpie.

Absolutely fab band! We had the best day on our wedding day and the evening reception was so good because the band were so good!
