HIRE THIS BAND! I’m sorry but there is no other option. The professionalism, the talent and the absolute vibes were flawless right from initial booking till the end of our wedding night. We had so much fun dancing the night away, our guests were on the dance floor all night and this is absolutely down to the talent of the band, not only musically but their ability to read a room and keep the momentum going despite lots of sweaty bodies! They made our first dance so special, gave incredible fun instruction for the ceilidh and just played bop after bop all night. The talent of the band is incredible, each individual is so amazing and together they are a dream. All our guests have raved about them since the wedding, every song was full of life and feeling! Many people approached me to tell me that Amber Lights were the best wedding band they had ever witnessed. I think they will get many bookings from our day! We had booked the band because we’d seen them play on a few other occasions and knew they always brought the vibes and kept the dancefloor full. Perfect balance of class songs and ceildih hits. The band were always on hand to adapt anything to make the day run so smoothly and take requests… Also - IF YOU ARE THINKING OF HAVING THE BAND PLAY DURING THE DAY, DO IT - IT WAS WELL WORTH THE COST!! We booked a 4 person jazz quartet and this was a real highlight for our guests. They are not only supremely talented - Mel also made effort to make us feel supported and relaxed on our big day. We absolutely loved having Amber Light’s at our wedding. The learnt our first dance song for us and did an incredible job of it. There ceilidh calling was clear and fun, they read the room and played an amazing set list based on what we’d asked for and the vibe/number of people on the dance floor (Taylor Swift, ABBA, Chapel Roan were some of the favourites). Our flower girls’ one ask was to sing Taylor Swift at our wedding - Mel was amazing with them and we have some very cute pictures. Overall Amber Lights were an amazing addition to our wedding and would recommend them to anyone!?

The Amber Lights were phenomenal. We were worried that with a Sunday wedding the dance floor might be quiet, but it was the complete opposite. The Amber lights kept everyone going (and even got some people who never get on the dance floor on their feet!). They looked like they were having so much on stage, the crowd was going nuts in front of them, and there was an all-around great vibe at the venue throughout the night.
